The Palomar Faculty Federation was voted in by the Palomar College Faculty in 2001 to represent the needs of faculty and students

• Build a strong community of concerned professionals
• Provide Instructors with opportunities for high quality professional development
• Advocate at all levels for a comprehensive participation in the governance of the College
• Support projects that communicate the promise of education to students and improve their understanding of the opportunities it provides them
