In February of 2025, PFF demanded to bargain over Dual Enrollment. Dual Enrollment had started in 2017 with MOUs that ensured the contract would be followed, so no additional negotiating would be necessary. However, after repeated concerns around dual enrollment, it was apparent we needed to have stronger language in the contract to protect faculty working conditions as we grow our dual enrollment partnerships.
