PFF Election Notice, Spring 2025

It’s that time of year to vote on PFF’s 2025-26 Executive Board. Per law, we are required to snail mail a Voting Notice/Instruction Guide to you even though our elections will take place, securely, online.


If you’ve changed your mailing address in the past year, or think PFF may have an outdated one, please respond to the email from PFF by Wednesday 2 April 2025. After that date, addresses are locked in for our ballot processor so the voting notice can be mailed on time to your mailing address. If we do not hear from you, we understand that we have your correct mailing address. Thank you.


Your Voting Notice, coming from Ballot Point (we are required to use a third-party vendor for electronic elections) should arrive by early next week. There you’ll find a QR code and link that leads you to candidate statements and ballots. 


  • Part-Time faculty will vote on a PFF Co-President, Part-Time Representatives, and At-Large Representatives

  • Full-Time faculty will vote on a Full-Time Representative and At-Large Representatives


Voting Opens: 12:01 AM PT, Tuesday, April 8, 2025


Voting Closes: 1:00 PM PT, Wednesday, April 23, 2025
