2024-2025 CBA Reopener Highlights
We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the 2024-2025 reopeners for the 2022-2025 District/PFF Collective Bargaining Agreement—our faculty contract. 🎉 Now it’s time for the ratification vote! Negotiations Update 4 September 2025
Today we met with the District for a shorter session to hear the District’s counters and address a few pressing concerns. 📌Article 15 & MOU_Accessibility Remediation The District was not prepared to counter at this time. 📌Article 16 District’s counter proposal: the District shared their counter proposal and we are very close to agreeing. After a long hiatus over the summer, we kicked off our three days of negotiations (Aug. 8, Aug. 11, and Aug. 15) with a very full agenda.
