Accessibility Remediation MOU

We are happy to announce an update on the Accessibility Remediation MOU. As a reminder, this MOU was agreed upon to compensate part-time instructional faculty for four (4) hours of accessibility remediation work per unique course in large part due to a discussion around part-time faculty not being paid for prep and grading.

We received word from the District that payment for both the Fall and Spring semesters will be automatically applied on the 5/20 paycheck for all eligible faculty under the parameters of the MOU. There will be no form for part-time faculty to attest to the hours completed. Please look for the code "SPL" for this special payment. 

Given that there is still a lot of accessibility remediation work for all faculty, PFF continues to advocate for more compensation and support for all faculty.
