PFF Spring 2026 Elections Notice

Palomar Faculty Federation (PFF) is excited to host our 

Spring 2026 Executive Board Elections!


Nomination period for open positions: February 12–March 12, 2026


Executive Board Positions up for nomination for the 2026-2028 term:


  • Full-time Co-President (1 seat)

  • Treasurer (1 seat)

  • Full-time Board Member (2 seats)

  • Part-time Board Member (2 seats)

  • At-Large Board Member (2 seats)


Executive Board eligibility is defined in the PFF constitution Article IV Section 4.04. Full-time seats may be filled and voted for by full-time Palomar faculty PFF members in good standing. Part-time seats may be filled and voted for by part-time Palomar faculty PFF members in good standing. Treasurer and At-large positions may be filled by either full-time or part-time Palomar faculty PFF members in good standing.


Executive Officer and Board member responsibilities are outlined in the PFF constitution Article IV Sections 4.05 and 4.06. 


Nomination and election information will be emailed to all Palomar faculty by February 12, 2026. Notice of elections with voting details/ballot information will be sent to PFF voting members in March 2026. 


Elections will be conducted electronically this year.

  • Apply for membership!

    • You only need to apply once! Not sure if you are already a member? We can check for you; email PFF’s Executive Director at palomarfacfed@gmail.com.

  • Make sure you are receiving all PFF electronic communications!

    • Check your Spam/Junk folder or email palomarfacfed@gmail.com to check that we have your current email address on file.

  • Nominate a great candidate!

    • Nominate yourself or a fellow PFF member to one of the open positions.

  • VOTE!

    • We need you at every step, especially during elections.

  • Reach out!

  • Show up!

    • Meetings are bi-weekly on Thursdays, 4-6p.
