Negotiations Update 6 May 2026
It has been 91 days, 13 weeks, 16 negotiations prep meetings, 8 negotiation sessions with the District, and 3 Governing Board meetings since we presented our compensation proposal (Article 15) to the District. Negotiations Update 23 April 2026
Negotiations continue to feel stalled. The District has attempted to be creative in negotiating compensation, but we have not seen a formal counterproposal to our initial proposal from February 4th. Negotiations Update 25 February 2026
Though our meeting was shorter this morning, our agenda was packed with important discussion items. 2027-28 Academic Calendar PFF Counterproposal #1: Based on the feedback PFF received from our survey, we agreed to the majority of the proposed calendar. There were certain exceptions applied to CTE programs that allowed students to take classes outside of the summer schedule. However, this had negative impacts on students' financial aid eligibility.
