Dual Enrollment Update
In February of 2025, PFF demanded to bargain over Dual Enrollment. Dual Enrollment had started in 2017 with MOUs that ensured the contract would be followed, so no additional negotiating would be necessary. However, after repeated concerns around dual enrollment, it was apparent we needed to have stronger language in the contract to protect faculty working conditions as we grow our dual enrollment partnerships. Winter Break Update
Happy New Year! Over the winter break, we were able to agree to the following: ✅ Accessibility Remediation - we started negotiations for accessibility on August 7th of 2025. Our initial proposal included a stipend for both full- and part-time faculty, but the District was adamant that a remediation stipend would only apply to part-time faculty who aren’t paid for prep pay. This MOU guarantees 4 hours of additional compensation for each unique course preparation per modality

2024-2025 CBA Reopener Highlights
We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the 2024-2025 reopeners for the 2022-2025 District/PFF Collective Bargaining Agreement—our faculty contract. 🎉 Now it’s time for the ratification vote!
